Conference Aims and Topics

The aim of “management in China” annual conference focuses on the real problems of Chinese management, discussing the heated and difficult topics concerned by the government, enterprise and non-profit organization selectively. The conference explores the appropriate management mode and tools for promoting the establishment, development, communication of the Chinese unique management theory and making progress both for Chinse management research and practice.

Upon the ten-year anniversary of “management in China”, this conference focus on theme of “local management study- from argument to theory innovation”, discussing and developing Chinese management theory starting from the management practice and new context of China. All walks of life nationwide are warmly welcomed to submit the latest findings both in theory and practice about strategic management, organization and leadership, finance and investment, business pattern, management research methods, public policy from various perspectives.

The outstanding papers in the conference will be recommended to the Chinese Journal of Management, the well-known journal in China. Warmly welcome friends from all walks of life across the China to submit your papers and participate in this conference.
