Assist the executive vice President of ILEAD to manage the research team and coordinate the previous cooperation between the research team and other teams and departments.
Assist the executive vice President of ILEAD to formulate the strategic development policy of the ILEAD research team;
Engage in academic research related work, participate in project discussion within and outside the group, and undertake ILEAD and international-related research projects;
Responsible for team research project organization and coordination, project tracking and project management.
