张赛红园长，毕业于陕西师范大学学前教育专业和英语专业，并获得教育学学士学位，现为西安六一国际大秦幼儿园园长。作为新一代国际高端双语幼儿园的园长，张赛红具有丰富的一线双语教学实践和管理经验。她曾作为英语浸入式骨干教师就职于陕西省政府机关幼儿园，后任延安摩西幼儿园园长，并先后多次出访加拿大，香港，澳门及国内多省市进行学术交流活动。作为培训专家，她曾多次参加新教师的培训工作和现场观摩教学活动，参与编写了“幼儿浸入式英语整合课程”系列教材，其多篇论文分获国家、省、市级一、二、三等奖并发表。自任职以来，她多次被评为优秀教师和先进工作者。

Ms. Zhang Saihong, working as the head of Xi’an Liuyi International Daqin Kindergarten. She graduated from the Shaanxi Normal University, majoring in both pre-school education and English and obtaining the Bachelor degree in education, As the head for the new-generation international high-end bilingual kindergarten, Ms. Zhang possesses abundant front-line experience in bilingual teaching practice and management. She ever worked for the official kindergarten of Shanxi provincial government as an outstanding English-immersed teacher and the head for Moxi Kindergarten in Yan’an; moreover, she has engaged in many academic exchange visits in Canada, Hong Kong, Macau, also, many provinces and cities in China. She has participated the editing for the series textbooks “Immersed English Course for Children” and several of her papers have been published and awarded different prizes (including first, second and third prize) at national, provincial, municipal levels. She has been entitled as the “outstanding teacher” and the “advanced workers” for several times after starting her career as a kindergarten teacher.
