王玉，2006年毕业于北京师范大学获中国现当代文学博士学位，现为中华女子学院学前教育系副教授，担任学前教育系专业负责人。曾是中国科学研究院心理研究所阅读与视觉认知实验室访问学者，并于2017年获得国家留学基金委公派访问学者的资格，赴加拿大布鲁克大学儿童与青少年系访学。目前还担任中国科学院心理研究所在职课程班讲师及由中国儿基会发起的肯德基小书迷王国项目顾问。主要研究领域为汉语儿童早期读写能力及图画书阅读理解能力发展、早期阅读领域的幼儿园课程设计与阅读活动指导，主持教育部人文社科青年课题《3-6岁幼儿在图画书阅读中的视觉读写能力研究》，在国内的重要期刊上发表儿童教育、早期阅读类论文十几篇，编写出版了幼儿教师指导用书多本，包括主编《原创中国-绘本童年-幼儿园阅读活动手册》、《诵读（学前卷）》、副主编《幼儿的图画书世界》。是北京FOBI中文绘本阅读教学与研究课程的主要编写者。

Dr. Yu Wang received her PhD degree in Chinese Modern and Contemporary Literature from Beijing Normal University in 2006. She is now an associate Professor and acting Dean of the Department of Preschool Education, China Women’s University. She has been awarded by China Scholarship Council to pursue her research in the Department of Child and Youth Studies at Brock University, Canada as a visiting scholar. Dr. Wang’s research focuses on literacy development and picture book reading in early childhood. So far, she has published more than 10 articles; her research project on preschool children’s visual literacy in picture book reading has been sponsored by The State Ministry of Education of China. Dr. Wang is also one of the key members in FOBI-P4 Picture Book Reading research program.
