袁庆祝，现为教育部《基础教育参考》杂志社责任编辑，家校协同研究中心秘书长，国家高级职业指导师。中小学生学习素养理论模型研究专家组核心成员，中小学生学习素养综合评估系统主研人。长期从事德育、心理健康教育和学习素养教育工作。当前主要研究方向为中小学生学习素养的综合评估和改善，以及基于提高学生学习素养的家校协同教育工作。

Mr. Yuan Qingzhu, the national senior career mentor, currently working as the executive editor for Basic Education Review organized by the Ministry of Education and the general secretary for family-school collaboration research center. He is the core member in the experts’ team and the principal investigator for the comprehensive assessment system concerning the learning literacy for primary and middle school students. He has been engaged in the moral education, the education for mental health and learning literary for a long time; his research interests include the comprehensive assessment and improvement of the learning literacy for primary and middle school students and the family-school collaboration education based on improving students’ learning literacy.
