西交利物浦大学领导与教育前沿院(简称“西浦ILEAD”)研究聚焦未来大学及教育管理,致力于教育和管理的跨学科研究,力争在理论上有原始创新,对中国和世界的教育实践有所启发。研究方向包括高等教育管理与领导力、儿童发展与教育、融合式教育、教师教育、教育技术、和谐管理等方面。

2019年1月6日,西交利物浦大学(西浦)和谐管理研究中心正式成立,以促进和谐管理理论本身的发展以及理论在经济社会发展中的应用。和谐管理研究中心隶属于西浦领导与教育前沿院(ILEAD),以确保其学术使命,同时和西浦新时代发展研究院紧密互动服务社会。

新闻速递|两所高校骨干教师教学培训在西浦圆满结束

当前,全球化信息化浪潮席卷世界,传统的大学课堂传播知识的功能正在受到根本的挑战。那么,要在新时代背景中培养具有国际视野、有竞争力的人才,传统“以教师为中心”的知识传授模式需改为“以学生为中心”的知识创造和能力培养模式。其中的关键环节之一就是任课教师授课能力的提升。因此,研究导向型教学越发受到关注与认可。

ILEAD“双一流”建设高校育人质量排名2018年第一版发布

由西交利物浦大学(简称“西浦”)领导与教育前沿研究院(ILEAD)研发的“双一流”建设高校育人质量排名2018年第一版日前正式发布。本排名基于公开数据对入选“双一流”建设的高校育人质量做全面对比,将在每年3月发布第一版,并在4月底前公开邀请各高校增加补充各指标的相关数据,以得到针对本高校的更完整系统的数据。
