With the aim of promoting Chinese higher education innovation and reform, Huan is responsible for the design, development, updating and operation of ILEAD training programmes according to the facing challenges, needs and characteristics of our customers.

Currently in charge of open and customized projects including Research-led Learning and Teaching Programme, Directors' Development Training Programme, and Education Leadership Excellence Programme.
